A Vans Authentic and Vans Slip-On Womens. Both of the special shoes call upon a classic Vans black and white color palette, adorning the black canvas uppers with large white retro polka dots that appear to feature special branding — possibly UNION and Vans Slip-On Sale logo hits. Small yellow UNION tags adorn the upper of each shoe for special pops of flair, and the look is then completed with a classic white midsole.

Vans — despite leaving these core classics largely untouched for the past few decades — has begun to implement a more eclectic design ideology as marked by its reconstructed Vans Sk8-Hi
and Vans Slip-On Mens. Keeping the iconic low-top silhouette and suede/canvas tooling of the Vans Old Skool, the California brand brings back the model in white and black with a removable checkerboard jazz stripe which lifts to reveal a red variation of the same print.

The NEPENTHES umbrella has had a quite a time in the spotlight with regards to footwear collaborations, continuing to push their unique brand of design on some of the world’s most renowned icons. As an extension of these efforts, Daiki Suzuki of Engineered Garments is once again bringing to light a set of the humble Vans Slip-On Black Friday. Infusing his own creativity and revered attention to detail, the Japanese designer has completely reconceptualized the iconic checkerboard print, adorning its recognizable look onto leather variations not too unlike those of the Anaheim label’s mainline. One stays closest to the template of the original in its monochrome palette though each adjacent tile deviates from the next in visual depth. Vans Slip-On Discount this motif though with an added asymmetric bonus, the Red, Black, and White pairs arrive in mismatched fashion as each foot utilizes distinctly different materials for a contrast in perceived shading.
